Purchase Terms and Refunds
These terms apply to the purchase of Fede Cocina's pastry course. By buying it, you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to me at hola@fedecocina.com.
Who is selling
The course is sold by Federico Ruben Quevedo (Fede Cocina).
What you are buying
Personal access to the online course for 2 years, starting on the day you buy it. It is a one-time payment: it does not renew and nothing else is charged. You sign in with the email you used to pay, on your phone or computer. I may correct or update lessons to improve them.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the purchase page, in the currency shown there. In Argentina you pay in pesos with Mercado Pago; in every other country, with Stripe. Your bank or card may add its own fees. Your card details are handled by Mercado Pago or Stripe: I never see or store them.
Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from your purchase to ask for a refund, with no need to explain why. Write to me at hola@fedecocina.com and tell me which email you used to buy. I will refund the full amount to the same payment method within 10 business days; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or Mercado Pago. Once refunded, your access to the course ends.
Using the course
Your access is just for you. You may not share your account or copy, resell or publish the course's videos, text and images. If that happens, I may close your access.
In the kitchen
The course teaches baking, but your results also depend on your ingredients, your oven and your practice. Be careful with the oven, hot sugar and utensils, and check the ingredients if you have any allergies.
Your data
I use your email to give you access and to write to you about the course. The rest is in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
If I change these terms, I will update the date below. The terms in force when you bought still apply to your purchase. They are governed by Argentine law, without taking away any rights the consumer laws of your country give you.
